Our in-house engineering division consists of seasoned mechanical and industrial design engineers proficient in a wide array of software platforms, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and Fusion 360. We offer parametric modeling, surface modeling, and assembly design, ensuring geometrical accuracy and design optimization. From DFM (Design for Manufacturability) to FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for structural performance validation, we provide a comprehensive design workflow tailored to functionality, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.

We also support full product lifecycle management (PLM) — ensuring smooth transitions from conceptualization through prototyping, production, and post-launch updates.

Custom Design, Modification, and Sample-Based Reverse Engineering

Whether starting from a napkin sketch or a rough prototype, our team can develop fully detailed 2D fabrication drawings and 3D solid models aligned with ISO and ASME standards. We specialize in re-engineering legacy components, editing third-party CAD files, and conducting tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure seamless assembly integration.

Our reverse engineering services utilize sample-based modeling, where physical components are measured using calipers, micrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and laser scanning — converting real-world parts into editable digital models. We also handle material specification, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and prepare files compatible with downstream CNC/VMC workflows.

By collaborating closely with our production floor, we ensure every design is production-ready — reducing iterations, preventing rework, and accelerating your time-to-market.
